Kid's Magnetic Boards for School Art!

This was an experiment for me. Both magnetic boards costs $10 each (using 2 coupons for the boards.) and only took about 2 hours to complete.
I purchased the following supplies at Jo-Anns: two 3' boards, 8 pieces of scrapbook paper, Modge Podge, 1 sponge brush, Scrapbook paper cutter, and three magnetic sheets 9' x 12'.
1. I ran into a snag when I discovered the magnetic paper wasn't strong enough for me to place it underneath the scrapbook paper. So I had to redesign the whole board to make it work. On Sponge Bob, I glued the blue paper down to cover the entire board. Next I cut the magnetic sheet into thirds. Last, I cut the paper squares out and glued them down.
Above is Austin's Sponge Bob Square Pants magnetic board hanging on the wall.

Andrew's magnetic board has a soccer theme to go along with his sports room. I had some extra paper left over so I made some soccer magnets.

Above is what Andrew's magnetic board looks like hanging up.
